TELESTE CORPORATION NEWS RELEASE 13 APRIL 2010 QUADRIGA EXTENDS PARTNERSHIP WITH TELESTE AND ADOPTS NEW LUMINATO HEADEND TECHNOLOGY Quadriga Worldwide, the leading provider of hotel technology solutions has extended its partnership agreement with Teleste by selecting Teleste's new and updated digital TV headend technology. Teleste's new platform, called Luminato, supports Quadriga in delivering its digital TV solution, which integrates with its new guest communications portal Sensiq, as well as its Genesis internet and entertainment platform. Luminato provides a single technology for both coaxial and IP networks to deliver digital TV channels to multiple guest rooms which results in less hardware for hotels to invest in and thus a lower total cost of acquisition. Additionally Luminato is significantly reduced in size compared to its predecessor providing both a compact and eco friendly solution with low power requirements. It will also enable Quadriga to support encrypted HD TV channels via its Sensiq solution. Quadriga required an advanced, high quality and flexible solution and Teleste's single platform Luminato provided a perfect fit.
