CATVisor Commander is a standalone Windows application for configuring, adjusting and monitoring Teleste headend and HFC products over a local serial connection, or IP network connection.

CATVisor Commander can also be used to monitor and control any product with an SNMP agent, especially products fulfilling the ANSI-SCTE-HMS recommendations.
